Importable Graphic Design templates:

By purchasing a template, you can use this template to create completed end products only. This is not a template reselling license. This means that you may share and sell the FINISHED end-products you create with the template. Finished products include but are not limited to PDF files, JPEG / PNG images, .mobi ebook files, etc. You may not share, duplicate, resell, distribute, transfer, gift, or reproduce these templates away, with or without modifications. In other words, you may not sell the actual editable Canva templates.

Importable Website Templates:

By purchasing a website template, you may create and use unlimited sites, pages, assets, etc that you own. This is not a reseller’s license, and you may not share your purchased template with other users.

ADS BY NUMBER CONDITIONAL MONEYBACK GUARANTEE

When Ads By Number is purchased with the 10-weeks of coaching bundle, the following terms are accepted:

Offer includes 70-day conditional moneyback guarantee. In order to qualify for guarantee, customer must:

• Enroll in course and complete every lesson
• Take action on each lesson and be able to present proof of actions completed in the event of a refund request.
• Register for each 10 weeks office hours
• Attend at least 7 of 10 office hours live, and submit request for guidance (questions or feedback requests) for all 10 weeks.
• Implement feedback received by John for each week and be able to present proof of actions taken

If all the steps above are implemented truthfully by customer no sooner than 70 days after enrollment and no later than 90 days after enrollment, the company will honor a full refund to customer and will remove customer from any purchased materials granted as a result of this purchase.

FREEDOMKIT.AI FREE TRIAL TERMS

• Trial length is 14 days
• You may cancel any time. To cancel, either:
  • Email friends@freedombynumber.com requesting to cancel. Please include your location ID to expedite processing
  • Cancel in one click. Manage your subscription from Settings > Company Billing
• There are no software refunds. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel their trial prior to their first bill.
• During free trial, normal usage fees apply (see below)

FREEDOMKIT.AI USAGE FEE PRICING

Instead of charge customers more as their database grows, Freedomkit.ai charges based on a per-usage model in order to offset the cost of running the software. This keeps costs low for all customers. The usage fees are as follows:

• Receiving Phone Calls: $0.018 per minute

Users are required to maintain at least $0 in their wallet to pay for premium services (listed above). When user wallet balance falls below $0, Freedomkit will recharge the wallet with $10 for future usage. This amount can be adjusted inside Billing Settings.

The balance in your wallet does not expire. The balance in your wallet is not refundable. An active payment method is required to retain access to your Freedomkit account.

FREEDOMKIT.AI LIFETIME DEAL TERMS

• “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product offering
• To maintain an active account, customer must maintain an active credit card or debit card on file.
• This card will be charged $1 per month to maintain account activation.
• The $1 charge will be added to customer’s wallet and is available for use for any usage of the platform.

FREEDOMKIT.AI REFUND POLICY

A customer may qualify for a refund within the first 30 days after purchasing Freedomkit. To prevent abuse of this policy, the following requirements must be met:

• Customer has connected a payment gateway to their Freedomkit account.
• Customer has connected one or more domains to their Freedomkit account.
• Customer has published at least one webpage with connected domain name inside their Freedomkit account.
• Customer has not initiated any chargebacks through their financial institution or payment processor for their Freedomkit purchase.
• Within 30 days of purchase, Customer has contacted Freedomkit Technical support via live chat inside the platform to attempt to solve whatever problem is which has caused the customer to request a refund.
• Within 30 days after purchasing Freedomkit, customer has escalated any issues by scheduling a 1:1 zoom call to further investigate their concern.
• Within 30 days of purchase, customer has attended live OR has left detailed questions for Office Hours to be answered in order to solve customer’s problem.
• Within 30 days after purchasing Freedomkit, customer has submitted a ticket via email to friends@freedombynumber.com requesting a refund including explanation why Freedomkit is not fit for their business.
• Customer adequately filled out all fields on the refund request form.
• No previous refund has been issued to the customer.
• Customer must respond to any follow up questions within 3 business days.

Please note: If any of the above requirements are not met, a refund request may not be considered.
