We love our students and want to make sure we are delivering great results for them. Before we process your exchange, we’d like to learn what we could do to make you happy with your purchase.

What was your order #? (This information can be found in your purchase receipt and in your My Account area)

When did you make your purchase? Please remember that you have 30 days from the original purchase date to request an exchange.

Which line items from your invoice are you requesting to be exchanged?

What is the total value that you are exchanging (type the number from your invoice after any discounts)

Why are you requesting an exchange?

I understand that some products (like templates and ebooks) are NOT eligible for exchanges… again, this is all spelled out in our terms. I understand that if I request an exchange on a product that is not eligible, my request will be automatically denied.
