How it works

Make your selection

We offer consulting in one hour increments. Choose your consultant. If you want to focus on the tech-side of your business, select John.

Choose your time

Once your order is complete, we’ll send you an email with a link to book your consulting block, as well as fill in the details of what you’d like to accomplish.

Prep for call

This is consulting over video Zoom, so please test your microphone and speakers before the call begins. We will record our session and provide it to you, so you don’t need to worry about taking notes.

Frequently Asked Questions

After your purchase is complete, you’ll get an email from us with a special link to complete the booking process.

Once you click that link, you’ll be able to choose your time and date, as well as give us as many details as you’d like us to have to be prepared for our time together.

Once your booking is complete, you’ll get an confirmation email as well as reminder emails leading up to the event.

One the day of the event, simply click the link that is in your reminder emails (and should be on your calendar too!), and we’ll be live together and the clock begins to tick!

Once the event is complete, we will package up the call and provide it to you via a secure link so you can always have a copy of our time together.

Every consulting session is unique, so please feel free to provide any details during your booking that you think will help us get moving in the right direction as quickly as possible.

Depending on your needs, you can include in your booking notes:

Your niche, experience, and desired outcomes for the call
Need website work? Include the login URL, and credentials to access the site
Need help analyzing your numbers? Feel free to attach a link to a google drive folder with additional files
Any course content that you will want added to your course area (advanced only)

As this is a service, there are no refunds offered. Revisions will not be offered as part of this package, because this is not a custom web design project. We are helping you launch your blog and handle all the tech so you don’t have to!
