Authorization: The client is engaging Whitford Family Enterprises, LLC as an independent contractor for the specific purpose of providing digital marketing services. Hereafter, Whitford Family Enterprises, LLC will be known as the “Developer.”
Understanding: This contract and the scope attached thereto constitute the sole agreement between the Developer and the Client regarding this project. It becomes effective upon receipt of payment for the VIP day package.
Timeline: VIP day is scheduled at time of purchase. It is the Client’s responsibility to schedule an appropriate time that they can fulfill. Rescheduling availability is at the discretion of the Developer.
Scope: The VIP Day Package includes all tangible items outlined below:
1-hour strategy call
7 hours of implementation of design projects on VIP day
1 hour of revisions post VIP Day
30 days of e-mail support (for questions that may receive written or video responses). E-mail support does not include additional work by Developer.
Additional Services: The client is responsible for obtaining or purchasing additional required services for successful completion of project. These requirements should be discussed during the 1-hour strategy call.
Revisions: We encourage input from the Client during the VIP Day. Revisions can be made with time during the original VIP Day or in the 1 hour post-intensive revisions support. Client acknowledges that additional revisions may limit the final deliverables if the Developer is unable to complete certain aspects of the project due to revision requests.
Ownership: The Client maintains all ownership of the websites, graphics, and other assets that are developed during the VIP Day.
Limited Liability: Client agress that any material submitted for publication will not contain anything leading to an abusive or unethical use of the Agreement. Abusive and unethical materials include but are not limited to: pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, computer viruses, harassment, any illegal activity, spamming, etc. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claim resulting from the Client’s publication of material or use of those materials. It is also understood that the Developer will not publish information over the Internet which may be used by another party to harm another. If the Developer deems that the requested work product by the Client is not in accordance with the ethical standards of the Developer and applicable laws, the Developer reserves the right to halt the project and refund 80% of the Client’s purchase price.
Modification: The Client has the right to modify the work product after the project is complete and assumes full responsibility of any risk of damages to functionality or design. If modifications are made to the site after project completion date and service is needed from the Developer, the Client must book an additional VIP Day package or request additional paid services from the Developer.
